Going to bed late makes you fat because 'morning' people tend to eat better than night owls, experts say

' Overnight ' often believe they are healthier than the night owl.
And now a study in Finland almost 2,000 people suggested that they have a good reason is considered, because they tend to eat better than those who are burning the midnight oil.
